Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce operations and merchandising, a data-driven mindset, and a passion for fashion and creativity. As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our clients by managing a portfolio of 3-5 customers, ranging in catalog and revenue size. Reporting to the Director of Customer Success, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, and guiding them in maximizing the value of our AI merchandising and insights platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, establishing and nurturing strong relationships built on trust and collaboration.

  • Conduct weekly check-ins with clients to understand their goals, challenges, and feedback.

  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and drive value through our solutions.

Account Management:

  • Develop a deep understanding of each client's business model, objectives, and KPIs.

  • Collaborate with clients to develop and execute strategic merchandising initiatives aligned with their goals.

  • Monitor client performance and provide insights and recommendations to optimize their catalog assortment.

Product Adoption and Training:

  • Educate clients on the features and capabilities of our AI merchandising and insights platform.

  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to ensure clients are proficient in using the platform to achieve their desired outcomes.

  • Proactively address any issues or barriers to adoption, providing guidance and support as needed.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate closely with the sales, product, and engineering teams to advocate for client needs and drive product enhancements.

  • Share client insights and feedback internally to inform product roadmap decisions and prioritize development efforts.

Success Measurement and Reporting:

  • Define and track key success metrics for each client, monitoring progress towards goals and identifying areas for improvement.

  • Prepare and deliver regular performance reports and business reviews to clients, highlighting achievements and opportunities for optimization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, merchandising, or customer success roles, preferably in the fashion industry.

  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, develop reporting, and derive actionable insights.

  • Site merchandising experience with Shopify, SalesForce, or related.

The Role: Shaping the Future of E-commerce with AI

We are looking for a forward-thinking Lead Machine Learning Engineer ready to take on the challenge of redefining retail technology. In this role, you will be more than just an engineer; you'll be a pioneer at the forefront of integrating AI into the world of fashion and e-commerce. Your primary responsibility will be to lead a team of skilled engineers and data scientists, focusing on leveraging machine learning engineering techniques to manage and optimize an extensive catalog of tens of millions of products. Your Impact and Responsibilities:

  • Deploy and manage machine-learning systems for e-commerce at scale.

  • Experience with training / fine-tuning off-the-shelf AI models with domain-specific knowledge.

  • Be the torchbearer for incorporating the latest AI and machine learning innovations into our projects.

  • Guide training and enhancement of our AI models, leveraging a wide array of data.

  • Maintain detailed repositories, ensure code clarity and efficiency, and help choose which cloud systems (e.g., APIs, data pipelines, spot instances, etc.) to employ for different ML use cases.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years in a hands-on, impactful machine learning role within a production setting.

We seek a detail-oriented engineer who loves designing state-of-the-art apps and APIs, is fluent in scaling cloud architecture, and is collaborative. E-commerce experience and/or machine-learning ops experience are a big bonus. If you have these skills and are fascinated with building software that combines social science with the latest in AI and machine learning, we would love to speak with you.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, architect, and build scalable cloud solutions for data integration, RESTful APIs, and web applications.

  • Build out integrations with e-commerce APIs.

  • Drive standards for API performance to optimize for speed, volume, integrity, and cost depending on project-specific constraints.

  • Build systems and tooling for monitoring and testing.
